The council is ready to kick a lot of members... the ones that consistently don't attend wars. We are very upset that with 54 members, we had 17 at a week prep fight. This clan should be pulling 80% of our ML to wars. 1. For week prep wars, sign ups get locked 3 days before 2. Warn levels for non-sign ups and false yes sign-ups will not be taken away for several months, and we'll be going off a three-strike system before kicks 3. If you're not warring and you get three strikes, you are kicked, NOT Emeritus. 4. No sign-ups in general are piss-weak. You can't give no reason, you can't give school work, and you definitely can't give the same excuse week after week. If you are not attending 3 wars a month, you are letting WG down. 5. We won't be pestering for sign ups any more. You are not babies. I came to the Serenity war at 5am, with a form of alcohol poisoning, in a foreign city. If I can do that, you can afford to stop doing school work for an hour or give an excuse of similar weakness. __________________ To state the most important point, we are not going to be soft any longer and we are prepared to kick members who deadweight us. Since you only got this warning now, we're going to start from the next war. THREE OF ANY OF THESE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT: - Signing up as yes and not attending - Not signing up in time (only certain inactivity topics will be accepted) - Signing up as no for half or more of our fights (only certain inactivity topics will be accepted) If you want to go emeritus, you have to be a staff member, and you must be 100% Runescape retired. I can't retrospectively punish current emeritus members because the rules have changed. Current Emeritus members only have to abide by one rule: be Runescape retired. Jared, we keep a list of no sign ups and false yes sign ups in Level 4. -------------------- | ||
