[/SIZE] Our meeting stayed focused and we followed the agenda that was set up before the before the meeting. Many things were discussed. I will highlight the main points and if you would like to discuss further please feel free to post your input. Our PVP Discussion From my view, this was a very good discussion and some major decisions were made. We will be focusing more on raiding and it will be mandatory in the summertime to attend raids. After some disscussion of warring vs raiding, we decided that the raids help prepare people for the wars. No one wants to come to tank practices but they may just be offered after raiding as a quick extra attendance point. Since F2P has more to do atm we will be going more into F2P as well. Our gear will still be including both P2P and F2P. A gear check is to be set up very shortly and you will have a short time to show it. Our Recruitment Gene's schedule is going to be a little more free after his schedule in real life has lightened up and he has time to recover the real life things he has been doing. This is very important to us as a clan. Our goal is to have 80 members on our ML by end of summer. But not just an inflated ML but one of good members that are active. We discussed that the topic Gene had us all post on showed a wide range of ways we were recruited. In-game, friends, referrals, events or whatever you can think of just recruit each day a little and we will get to the goal. Training for Success It was discussed that the under lvl 110 have been doing good at continued training to reach our required goals. We talked about the apps having a footnote for 99 mage/99 range with lower then lvl 110 combat. It will be only for those that the council decides may join. Inactivity Requirements There have been some odd inactivity posting and this will not be acceptable for excuses to miss our events. If you post inactivity it is to let us know you will be away, but our requirements don't change. Some exceptions will be made but only as the council decides on it. Events We talked about how WG is not just about PVP but also about the community and love of the clan to each other. That we need to pull together to hang out and have fun at times. It is not just about your xp or wars. Some of these fun events that are going on will build friendships. Come on TS and laugh and play I-sketch. Go to a flower-power or fire fest event. Just some of the easy silly things can help us build community and recruit in game. Remember, your EL want to see you at their events. Having more people makes for a much better time and a bigger reward for the time they spend on preparing the events for you. Staff Reports and Plans Gene discussed how we are going to bringing back some old school ideas. The trial gaurdian period may be skipped if you have been in the clan in the last 6 months and are returning to WG. This will make the returning process much easier since our emeritus rank has changed. Gene announced the planned return of "Historian Keanu". This is a needed move to help WG go forward with a lot of our wiki and forum work. Keanu has always been very successful and talented in this area. His return to WG will be welcomed by many of us. Our Raid leaders are planning on building up the raids a bit more. The excitement will be coming as Luke is planning a MEGARAID. Gotta love the Mega. Gene may possibly do a flash video for this. Luke and Tom will be hosting some weekday raids as summer is approaches. This is really something that many clan members are looking forward to doing. The highlight of special thanks go to Joey. He gave us a little boost in our moral with his talk about the clan being about fun, friends and loving to be together doing our online clan stuff. Just want to give Joey a very special thank you. This really made me smile in real life and reminds me why I love this clan so much. If there's no connections, there's no friends. No friends, No clan. That's why Wilderness 'Guardians' (quotes for a reason) shares something not all clans do, and thats one hell of a fucking great community. War was great and funny today. On other note, I'm looking back on how I went inactive and it bothered me a lot. Being away from WG is like being away from home. Everyone is unique in there own special way, that's why this clan isn't boring. If everyone was the same .. pssh i'd kill myself. But were not. Were one big family who goes threw the same thing as any other family would. Problems and fights and so forth is only going to make us stronger. If we didn't have such a good staff nor members, I don't think we would of gotten far. On other note ; I know everyone likes to fool around with jokes and other various things, but keep it to a minimum. Only bring his name up, Joe, me and him know how to fool around and we both LOL. Thats why I love that NH fagget. Sorry <3 . Anyway, I'm staying in WG for awhile, not going anywhere. To many people that I am close to. Were going to improve as a Clan - a Family.
