EVERYBODY is required to complete this gear check by this Saturday. Failure to do so will result in an initial 20% warn. An additional 20% will be given for every week thereafter in which you do not complete the gear check. The process of this gear check is very simple, but allow me to detail it in a way that makes it seem more complicated than it really is:

Twenty or so of you haven't even bothered to send one in. Five or so need to fix theirs and resend them to me. I'm not going to chase after you guys to do it. Everybody received a PM, so everyone knows about. I'm not sure if you people are too lazy to do it, or just don't think I'll be giving out warn levels. Rest assured, warn levels will be dealt as promised. If you have any questions or concerns about gear, send me a message.
