Check the dates of topics before you post. Also more annoying is seeing people post on topics 'Post Count' or posting short posts just to get post count. Let me remind all of you, Post Counts have been lowered and even warns been given for doing this. So stop it. Make a new topic then... There are like 10 topics per day, and like 10-20 old topics from the day before still being posted on. Imo you should take post count away all together just to stop needless spam and Un-constructed posts (No paragraphs, Three word responses(unless its signups or whatever)). Every other forum in clans guilds and other games doesn't have post count to stop resurrecting posts that should either be archived or left alone. If people wanna read a few month(Few year old in most cases) they will read it themselves, rather than some kid trying to get a higher number on forums for no reason whatsoever by posting in a 3year old topic. On wow forums you get banned from them on other forums you get posting rights taken away etc. Personally I think any punishment for post count spam should be dealt out or just remove the post count noone should care about it and forum admins can still see it anyway to monitor activity  --------------------  | ||||

This is truth. ^ But everyone saying about post count and not wanting spam, I have to wonder if I should remove the 30 posts required to graduate. If we are cracking down on spam that may make it a bit rough for the new to forum people to get the count. They have to be able to get comfortable with posting.
