But, as soon as I came back, everyone was leaving? Or was postponed to leaving soon. And, as I read the reasons why they are leaving etc .. they ALL have a point. I'm not here to start a flame war, or "troll", but it's the fact that WG isn't so strong as we can be. Yeah, we talk on TS3 about the "improvements" but, I don't see any. Don't get me wrong, we made changes, but not enough. I'm just saying, can we start making changes as a "family". It's starting to piss me off, and I don't want to leave WG for many reasons. I think we need ONE more meeting soon, over TS3. AND LET EVERYONE FUCKING TALK. Don't interrupt them when they talk, please. It pisses me off. Were losing our council, except for Kevin + Rachel. We only have 1 raidleader now, doing ALL the work, and 2 councils who are doing all the work. Yeah, Keanu does a lot of work too, thanks dude. I think we should make another position in WG called, "Moderator". Almost same thing as council, but Moderator status is always focusing on forums, and sing ups. I'm giving ideas now so everyone can give ideas. Anytime I talk on TS3, I get cut off by Gene, and that's it. Tom (Army) helps me talk cause he HAS TO SAY, "Joe, talk go ahead.". Not my point. Anyway.. "Moderator" status is only about forum work. It might sound stupid, but 2 Moderators in WG would be helpful. Even on IRC. [JC] is always our back up IRC person, which is great, but 2 more wouldn't hurt. So, the "Moderator" position rank would be nice to improve the sign ups and to keep people alert. If it doesn't work out, take it away. But, I know it will. Now, I don't want to make this any longer, but, I want WG to change the way "we" are. Not just one person, but everyone. We have to improve our sign ups on Wars / Raids / and EVENTS! I feel bad for our event leaders, they host good events and no one goes. You guys, Kat and Mark`` also Dallus, all do a great job for us to keep us going and motivated. Thank you for that. I love WG very much, and it sucks seeing us go down on our War attendance, and our Ranks on Tip.it or whatever we use. Were also splitting up. Or some of us. I was a mod once too in my old clan CoS. It was a good part in the clan. Everyday, forms were updated and IRC was always clean of any trolls. -------------------- | ||||

That way Council can focus on recruitment and arranging fights/events when our Raid leader is away and our Event leaders are away. Also, the Moderator rank could keep an eye on the IRC to make sure no flames go on between members or guests. | IRC Nickname: jaredspurr Group: Guardian Posts: 325 Member No.: 2674 Joined: April 7, 2011 Total Events Attended: 18 | i like the idea of moderator, it makes couple less things the council/rl need to worry about making it easier/less stressful jobs. i would like another ts meeting also maybe even a post about wat was talked about during the meeting so ppl who can't make it know's what is going on. on the warring side of things. i think wg should go back to basic pking/warring aka f2p. i love doing p2p wars but its alot more stressfull for everone espically those who do not know how to tank properly in p2p. for an example ill use myself, if im at a f2p fight i can tank all my invo and run circles in cwa/east tree to west tree on 30+ pulls but f2p 17 ppl could bang me out. our pulls are also to low (i think) to compete in p2p. where in f2p they is a bunch of new teams/clans that pull around wat we do. event wise (other then wars) people need to attend those also. y should mark/kat/dalla work they ass of to make these events and no one shows. i personally try to make every event other then arma gwd cuz ive been banged out in there way to many times. of course work/rl stuff comes before, but most ppl can spend a half hr/an hr a day to help the clan out. --------------------    | ||||

Me, mark, and dallar all make events and hardly anyone comes. i dont see how were motivating the clan members when everyones to lazy to come to an event. i would love another ts3 meeting if the council is up for it. but im pretty sure we wont need one sense gene is set on june 20th. which will be a BIG change. --------------------   | ||||

With all the negative that came from Keanu being Historian, I would really have to be convinced. I'm not at the moment. I do appreciate some of the members that have been helping out around the forum. I agree though that we have many good members and emeritus that could be considered. JC is already an IRC moderator for us. I'll host another TS Meeting. I think this could be discussed then. Overall in my experience when we have to many staff one does most of the work and the rest end up going inactive. When you rely on a smaller amount of staff they work hard for the clan. On the event hand, you are also right - All the ELs are working their ass off and still no one comes to their events (sorry Kevin for the Ultimate Runescapez thing, I had a problem then and wasn't able to get on TS). I wanted to apply for EL twice, and seems to me that THANK GOD I didn't get it - I'd be long gone by now because of the stress. Thanks for having the motivation to post this Joey. We needed this. About the Keanu Historian thing .. It what he did to have the negative feed back towards him. It's not like members picked on him cause he was Keanu, it's what he did. By the way the looks of it, HARDLY anyone is around to help out WG. As if anyone helps out a person in WG, such as with forms and stuff or needed things, Councils are needed to be there. And, not saying anything wrong, Kevin and You (Rachel) are sometime busy.. and can't help anyone when they need the help. Unless its been quite sometime.. Every staff member is already a moderator, even if their primary focus is not moderation. Regardless, I find the combined moderation efforts we have from all staff to be more than sufficient. Do any of you have any specific reasons on why having moderators is necessary?
