I think we have many good candidates for Warlord. Joe ~ think of the savings in gp on gear Tom ~ familiar with many clans and more into wars then raids DZ ~  Enough saidVephy and Ryan ~ both have very strong leadership qualities, both would be good choices Keanu ~ just recent return, I'm sure in time would be great as well Katt ~ now that would be fun, she would be able to rant in that ohh so sweetheart voice of hers I love hearing her talk on TS There are a few not on here that would have good potential for Council/Warlord too. The thing is that they can't just be about wars. They have to be about the Guardians as well. Being able to handle council type situations. This all being said, I am not sure we are in a hurry atm to replace the council that have left. Our member list is smaller than it once was. Recruit more people if you want to see more council. Raid leader position hopefully will be filled soon. If we only open applications for Warlord, that would be very important. However, we have had situations in our history where we rely more heavily on RL. This being a possible way to do things, the next council could be general council and not a warlord. I'm not saying this is how we will do it, just that there are many options of how to run the clan. We don't just fill positions to have people in them. They need to have good quality of leadership to be promoted. Also Warlord has been appointed by Gene in the past I believe too (by passing an election but put to clan poll vote.) I'd like to see our ML to 55 members before we replace the current loss in council.
