I don't think this is one of those months for me. This is our current Guardian list: jaredspurr ~ Jared stands out to me. I don't know about a promotion but that guy did so good at handling being kicked from the clan. Even if we don't promote him, I am thinking of mentioning his attitude in a post in compliments. dog b2 ~ good member but sorta quiet and not to much in irc Espen___11 ~ noticing some nice post Fuls ~ Good member and helpful with clan mates (inactive for his eye atm) James ~ Needs grace atm He is struggling with WG Raging Mage2 ~ good member and better activity in June than May ratslang ~ Seems a good member SpidyMan ~ Good member overall Squirrelster supreme kill ~ Since his return he has been much better. I may remove more warns from his log Taibz Tayzon day Wildflame110 ~ Haven't seen lately but a good member This is our current Higher Guardian list: Bgpgraebner ~ good member creeper975 ~ good member ImBryanMan ~ a little disappointed that he posted the link of leak in the lobby Kung Man149 ~ Has really improved and his promotion needs to happen now theboy126 ~ He is a hot/cold member Good when he is here Vulcan Sin ~ Great member and should be promoted. Kyle pointed out he got 1 combat level since he left council nearly 4 months ago. I would personally say no to a promotion till he at least meets our requirements. Vulcan - trained hard, works hard, makes constructive posts, rarely flames. Just needs to get rich and buy the sets. But i'll still be okay with him getting promoted. This was not me who set up what it takes to be a Elite Guardian. This is what was decided long before I got Elite myself. Kung does most of this. Okay so Kyle points out he doesn't train his combat and Tom says he gets ko to often. We all would agree that we would like to see him have the requirements to be in WG. He is strange and talks a lot of things that you have to step back a bit and wonder about, but at the end of the day he is a good member with the clan. He just isn't strong in combat or pvp. He needs less trolling and more encouragement. He stayed through Kyle being a bit over-the-top by trying to get another clan to recruit him while Kyle would public attack and embarrass him. That was just so wrong. No one is bringing that up to Kyle? I think Bias is being done to Alain and it is his time to be promoted. I need more solid evidence that he doesn't deserve it to just keep passing him by. He mentors and they graduate. He is not a bad member. _____________________________________________________________ So if I get the list right it is this: Higher to Elites: Kungman Vulcan Sin Guardian to Higher: Spidyman Ratslang Jared Still in discussion on these. On the forums: -Greet new members - check -Make High Quality Posts of a certain Length - check -Be Helpful - check -Positive attitude (no negativity) - check On IRC: -Say hello to people who enter - sure.. -Don't spam, repeat lines too much - check -Spamming event notifications when they are approaching - nope -Be Helpful - check -Avoid flaming, provocation - is prone to getting into arguments On RuneScape: -Attend Events as frequently as possible. - nope. uses the "f2p" excuse every chance he gets. we had 3 f2p wars in the past week, he only attended 1. -Add other WG members and speak to them - don't know -Train combat skills - no, and the fact that he doesn't is a slap in the face to WG, especially the leadership. he also doesn't have the required gear, and doesn't have any plans to get it. -Coming to another member if he needs help - don't know. On RSC/Public Forums: -Display a positive image of WG - nope -Follow that forum's rules - yes -You represent WG, so don't flame/bait - he has flamed other clans on our win topics, and Jayson and I have had to ask him to edit his posts before -Attempt to recruit members to the clan - has brought a couple of recruits in So, let me get this straight, you want to promote Kung_Man because he's social and is a good mentor? Shouldn't a potential elite guardian be doing everything on that list? Also, did you not read the paragraph before that list?:
You know what, honestly, the ranking system in this clan has gone to shit with the whole Keanu thing. Why do we even have ranks anymore? Let's just promote everybody to elite guardian. None.
