It's very clear that we need raid leaders right now, seeing how technically we have 0 right now. It's next to impossible for me to handle what raid leaders have to do AND council work, so it only makes sense that I promote a few more.

Being a raid leader isn't easy. If you mess up on a raid, the clan suffers. If you forget to take and/or update attendance, people don't get their rightfully deserved attendance point and if an inactivity sweep comes they could get wrongly swept. It's not all "fall in" and "w name" so make sure you know what you are getting to when you apply.

Any guardians+ in the fighting sector (or combined) can apply, obviously your length of time in the clan and activity helps.

[u]2. At what time do you normally attend raids? (on weekends). What is your usual online/playing time in Clan Time? (ex. 1:00pm clan time - 10:00 pm clan time)[/u]

[u]4. Are you comfortable with F2p & P2p combat alike?[/u]

[u]5. Do you plan on going inactive within the next four months?[/u]

[u]10. The clan is going on a scheduled BH trip but the majority of them want a miniwar. What (in detail) do you do?[/u]

[u]11. You are the leader of a P2P BH trip and you run into two clans of similar size. After a minute or so of us attacking them, they start to yell "War!". What do you do? (in detail!)[/u]

[u]12. It is 3:00 - 6:00 PM clan time on a Friday, we have nothing planned. Someone says that a clan is out with 70 options. What do you do?[/u]

[u]13. We run into DF in F2P BH as we are walking around and you are the leader. What do you order the clan to do?[/u]
