I think, as a clan, we need to improve our general war organization. Today as I watched the full out from the orb (I disconnected on the charge) I witnessed many flaws in our war plan. First, we have many kids forming their own piles without a leader's consent. At one point i saw 3 different piles going on because kids would just attack someone as soon as a previous person died. Following a kill, your job is to fall in on your current leader immediately. (Unless of course he or she designates to attack a certain member upon another's death.) Do not jump on the nearest kid. It happens much too often. So please guys, I beg you to obey the leader's orders and don't go off doing your own thing. I clearly heard DZ asking for kids to fall in instead of running off, but I saw consistent disobedience.
Also, if you lose the main pile a) look for green or blue dots on the minimap, cool.gif look in the clan chat because people often tell the location in there, or c) listen to Teamspeak!!!!
Thanks for your time. I'm a perfectionist ya know, and I felt obligated to put this out there in the open.

You're right. At the very end, there were people constantly attacking the last person, even though people were screaming to get off of him.

Yeah, just coz some level 100 is standing in the open clueless doesn't mean you should hit them. The 15 or so damage that you don't do when we are on the pile could be clutch in a k0.

if i couldn't find a pile and everyone was going north or south or w/e I would just hit some dude walking in the same direction till he was at the spot near our pile so i still got hits in and didnt waste energy or time getting their.....but yes i think we need to work on keeping piled....higher level clans won't be k0'ed as easily as today.....we will need to step it up in these next upcoming wars.

Everyone should have teamspeak. It will improve your warring by ten fold. You will get locations and everything. So get TeamSpeak NOW!

Here's a personal preference thing.
I don't think you should mute everyone in TS other than the fall in leaders.

You all are good about calling the piles, but it does sometimes go a bit quiet in there. I think if you had a couple people who you trusted not to spam but instead help everyone to find the piles, then it would be a good thing.

Of course I say this partly out of irritation that every time im on TS I end up getting muted for fights and I'm sitting there like "OMDAOFBDADSA I COULD BE HELPING RIGHT NOW" and I'm sure there are others like me.

It could only help our organization if the people didn't spam.

we did a great job, but we still could have won the full out much easier.

Hopefully we can pull it together for the next war though

100% agree.

Our organization for the first half of the full out yesterday was HORRIBLE. I did not expect us to win after seeing how bad our start was. We had way too many people off attacking whoever they wanted and running off right after we made a kill. I'm pretty sure I kept saying to fall in about eight times total, it was getting really anoying to see about 5-7 people running off every time we killed someone.

We did however pick it up and do much better in the second half of the full-out, and the matched options went amazingly, we started with two less people and still dominated.

We can easily win our league, lets all shape up and do so. I know we can.

First off:
EVERYONE should be on TS. Our entire organization depends on ts. If you notice, rarely does a raid leader call a pile ingame with the name. This is fundamental to our success

What you SHOULD be doing in full outs

1. Attack first target
2. Stay still dont move. Hybrids prepare a bind and look around for a target.
3. If leader calls a nearby target, hybrids bind and pile. If leader calls a fall-in, fall in. Look for the pink/fire/prayer cape.
4. Repeat steps 1-4

See an enemy pile coming? Your eyes should be bouncing back between your HP top right and the current target.

Pay attention the entire time. If you notice a guy nearby thats on REALLY low hp, jump on him. If you ever get lost, look on the minimap, or clan chat. The people who are dead should call the locations/names of the current target.

Agreed. In this war it really did not matter that we split our piles because TMC could not tank very well. If we go up against one of the harder clans that know how to tank and split our piles like we did yesterday, we are going to lose.

Actually, splitting our piles yesterday probably worked to our advantage because most TMC could not even tank against 20 of us. Say we fight clan that knows how to tank though you can do the math for yourself.

Lets say on average we can get a KO every 20 seconds if we all work together, however the clan we are facing is quite good at tanking and if we split our piles into 2 they can tank for on average 1 minute, and if we split our piles into 3 we can kill they can tank for on average 2 minutes.

1 pile = 3 kills per minute
2 piles = 2 kills per minute
3 piles = 1.5 kills per minute

The basic principle of wars is to kill your enemy at a faster rate than they kill you. You can easily see how splitting piles is a losing strategy.

yea, the only reason we didn't lose was b/c tmc couldn't tank for their lives........tsc and the other clans will be much harder, trust me, all of their cmb avg's are higher than tmc's by a long shot.

Yeah I agree with this, thanks for bringing it to the members' attention Glenn.
I noticed this at the end of the CWPL war vs TMC especially.

If you can't find DZ for a fall in for some reason after someone dies, just fall in on a fellow clan member, if you need to.
