For those who remember, i spent 95% of my time on RS doing barrows, and had achieved over 500 barrow items, I believe I ended up with over 30 guthan spears. so i'm thinking about it, but RS has changed so much since i last played, I don't know if I should come back at all. I would not be ditching, now that i'm raiding in a tier 6 guild, I would only play RS for fun of barrows. I think you'd get pretty bored of Barrows Moch, I tried it out and it got pretty boring after like 10 runs lol. Sadly (for you I guess) barrows drops are now not worth much, apart from the items like V helm, Guth spear etc. that you loose when dieing.
