I'd like to take some time to compliment the raid / fall-in leaders.

All of them are pretty new (against my inactivity anyway =p), and they're doing a great job.

Just seeing glenn today, he was lightning fast in calling out the next piles, even when being sniped. Its easy to take calling piles for granted, but its much harder when its all down to you, especially when you're pressured to act fast and your targets are usually moving all the time. Its so much easier when you're following and not leading. The leading I saw today was fantastic, and it really helped in cutting wasted time. Now all that needs to be done is better piling i.e. not getting trapped behind walls. This has happened quite a bit. You need to be fast to prevent it, but the chance of a KO would be much higher.

Its a great idea calling people's levels too. This makes it much easier in spotting them, especially if you're a mid range level (113-123) and you've got a large spectrum of colours.

I wasn't there, but I've seen Glenn in action before. He keeps a calm head in war, and is pretty damned good at it.

It is a good idea to call levels in wars. The raid leaders did an excellent job today. When we start getting below 30 people we definitely need to stay away from possible tanks until we start getting more organized.

I died pretty early, but from what I've seen Glenn and Robert in particular do a very fine job in battle.

One thing I'd suggest though is to have some members who are prepared and willing to step in if raid leaders get taken out.
It is only a matter of time before clans think "hm ars, dz, and rob seem to be leading most fall ins, let's kill them first" and when that happens at this point we are screwed.

Yeah, our leaders did an excellent job, especially considering how TR would target them and bind them when they were about to charge. I think the fall in leaders called some pretty good piles, but we have to be quicker with finding the piles, getting binds in, and spamming "w" so others can find the pile.

Yeah after those 3 were dead it seemed to deteriorate.

Abs did well but he isnt a raid leader (and if he's alive, its moral support hash.png)

We need a longer list of leaders, so we know exactly who's next

I must say, the raid leaders do do an amazing job. I rarely find myself confused as to who to pile as Rob and Arsenal are always shouting out the calls over TS (very useful biggrin.gif) Not just the raid leaders though, but also i find it's very useful when people who have died get into the orb and spam in cc who and where the current pile is biggrin.gif Keep it up those of you who do that smile.gif

If it comes down to this, i'd be more than happy to help out biggrin.gif Having led most of the wars in my previous clan, i know what is expected and what is required to make a good call tongue.gif
