oK so my mail finally gets to paybycash and when it gets there i check if its gone through to jagex and wtf i find i still have -3 days credit....even when Mod Scott(billing support) emails me telling me that

In order to have your negative credit completely removed, you will need
to purchase at least 2 months worth of credit using our PayByCash
payment method.

I hope this resolves your query.

I did....and i put the word money and dollars in quite a bit so they actually look at it.
