Just wow guys, that has to be one of our best wars in a while, our performance was great.

Even though we lost, our ending opts wern't that bad all things considered.

Binding was good,
Tanking was good,
Anti-sniping/sniping was also good.

We started off strong, getting good piles, even a ko in there somewhere. But sadly VR's tactics, and overall skill overcame us.

Start opts:

Good job guys, doing this well against VR is a great sign of how we're growing.

1 question: Are you mentally ill, Rob?

Anyways..I probably won't make it. Gotta go pick up my truck from the shop and then go to a party.

To only lose by 6 people to VR is still very impressive.

Sorry for not being able to go, I had to go into work only to be sent home like an hour later dry.gif

This was a pretty decent performance by WG biggrin.gif , and i believe we can learn alot from this war. For one, i noticed a partcularly good tactic used by one of their 126's, white(something)... He spent the whole time binding the higher levels/leaders in our pile (to great effect) and when anyone attacked him simply put on rune and fought back until the sniper/anti-sniper rejoined main pile when he then got back to mass binding. I believe that if we found a particular person with a high mage level who is very good at tanking, this could possibly be something we look in to for future wars?

It was a good fight. They just outclassed us in the end but it shows how close we are to getting over the hump.

This was a good fight for us. We did well. VR are an extremely good clan and that is probably one of our best performances for a while. We could have easily walked away with a win there if we upped our game to another level, which we all know we can do.

It was nice preparation for the Mori war.

I was piled first, tanked all my food. Was out in like under a minute

That's actually a good tactic.
We should implement it.
Or at least test it out to see how it goes.

That's good if you do 15v15 or such.

But imagine doing it 40v40 - it's enough people to KO you anyway.
