      IRC Nickname: Ty Group: Ex-Member Posts: 369 Member No.: 93 Joined: January 3, 2008 Total Events Attended: 34    | Hello welcome to my first Skill Event  (Event has been approved by Stokenut)WG Skill War Information: This is similar to the Skill Olympics in the past, but it is smaller and maybe more fun because you will be competing with other members of WG. You must sign up for this event ahead of time, and choose which team you would like to be on. You must specify which skill(s) you will be training. When the event starts I will record the start experience of each of your skills and you will then train them as much as you can. At the end I will record the amount of experience you and your team got in each skill. Rules: The following skills are the only ones you may compete in: Agility Crafting Farming Firemaking Fishing Fletching Herblore Hunter Mining Runecrafting Smithing Thieving Woodcutting Time: Sign-ups will be held until Tuesday, February 12th (until the competitions begins) The Skill War will start on Tuesday (USA) or Wednesday (GMT and Australia), February 5th at the following time: (Tuesday, 1pm) Midway Island, Samoa (Tuesday, 2pm) Hawaii (Tuesday, 3pm) Alaska (Tuesday, 4pm) Pacific Time (US / Canada) (Tuesday, 5m) Mountain Time (US / Canada) (Tuesday, 6pm) Central Time (US / Canada), Mexico City (Tuesday, 7pm) Eastern Time (US / Canada), Bogota, Lima (Tuesday, 8pm) Atlantic Time (Canada), Caracas, La Paz (Tuesday, 8:30pm) Newfoundland (Tuesday, 9pm) Brazil, Buenos Aires, Georgetown (Tuesday, 10pm) Mid-Atlantic (Tuesday, 11pm) Azores, Cape Verde Islands (Wednesday, 12am) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca (Wednesday, 1am) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris (Wednesday, 2am) Kaliningrad, South Africa (Wednesday, 3am) Baghdad, Riyadh, Moscow, St. Petersburg (Wednesday, 3:30am) Tehran (Wednesday, 4am) Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Baku, Tbilisi (Wednesday, 4:30am) Kabul (Wednesday, 5am) Ekaterinburg, Islamabad, Karachi, Tashkent (Wednesday, 5:30am) Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, New Delhi (Wednesday, 6am) Almaty, Dhaka, Colombo (Wednesday, 7am) Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta (Wednesday, 8am) Beijing, Perth, Singapore, Hong Kong (Wednesday, 9am) Tokyo, Seoul, Osaka, Sapporo, Yakutsk (Wednesday, 9:30am) Adelaide, Darwin (Wednesday, 10am) Eastern Australia, Guam, Vladivostok (Wednesday, 12pm) Auckland, Wellington, Fiji, Kamchatka The Skill War will conclude on Tuesday (USA) or Wednesday (GMT and Australia), February 19th at the same times as above. How To Win: The winning team will be based on which team gets the most experience in the most skills. For example, if Team A has the most experience in 5 skills and Team B has the most experience in the remaining 8 skills, Team B would be the winners. This is so that people choose to do more skills and to shake it up a little from the normal "most overall xp wins." Prize: Hopefully I can annoy someone enough to make the winning team a sig. You also receive Bragging Rights. Signing up: Please use the following format:

You obviously want your team to have all skills covered. Feel free to change and/or add skills you want to do. Still a week left of signups. All skill members should be signing up for this. It isn't at a specific time, you have an entire week to get on and train. Obviously if you are on vacation the entire week then it is fine to skip it. This is an easy attendance point and it should be a fun competition. -------------------- | ||
