If you bring a Zammy item for kill count you can kill the low level goblins by the Zammy bridge. If you don't have a Zammy item with you then kill the hobgoblins near the Bandos room.
Other Requirements- If you have the summoning level bringing along a Beast of Burden familiar filled with aditional potions can increase the trip length.
- Saradomin Brews and Super Restores are the required method of healing hp and prayer for Bandos. Sharks WILL NOT SUFFICE. They do not last long enough for a decent trip.
- You must be willing to bless your clan mate's gravestone if he/she dies.
- The tanker has the most difficult job and will be hit a lot more than the attackers so if the tanker is running low on potions you should be prepared to give a few free.
- If a tanker has a high enough summoning level a unicorn will be better for healing. Any healing familiar below is worse than bringing a Beast of Burden.
- Also DON'T FORGET A HAMMER!
