      IRC Nickname: Abs Group: Emeritus Posts: 2071 Member No.: 4 Joined: December 26, 2007 Total Events Attended: 97    | Warning Appeal Center Welcome to the Warning Appeal Center Purpose of this forum: It's simple, if you have received a warning and you feel that you do not deserve it because the judgement is because of a misunderstanding, then you may appeal for the warning here. If you think you won't accepted, do not bother appealing, it will just waste our time. The Form for Appealing & Instructions: A few notes before you make a topic: A. If you are appealing for two or more different warnings, please do it once at a time by making 1 topic for each warning AT A TIME (meaning you cannot post all the topics at once) B. If you are appealing for two or more warnings for the same situation, please make only ONE topic. C. If you feel that your warning has been gone on for a very long time and that the Staff have forgotten about it (1 Month+), then you may make a topic about it, and Council will try to skip Phase 2 --------- 1. Firstly, Make a new topic. 2. In the "Topic Title" box, enter: "Warning Appeal: <YourRsNameHere>". 3. In the "Topic Description" box, enter the current date. 4. In the main box, please copy and paste this code:
5. Fill it out 6. Post the Topic --------- How this works 1. After you post your topic, it will be pending until a Council+ rank has a look at it, if the Council+ rank decides that it is a worthy appeal (most of the appeals will not get past this), then he/she will move the topic to "Phase 2", only Staff can see this (Level 3+), the staff will discuss over the appeal and will decide whether or not it should be accepted (It will be 1-3 Days discussion). 2. If it is accepted, it will be moved to the Accepted forum (Only Staff can view this), and you will receive a pm notifying you that it has been accepted and not to do the "Crime" again. 3. If it is declined on Phase 2, it will be moved to the "Declined" forum. If you were declined on Phase 1, you will notice the topic title change "[Declined]" in front of it and a Council member will post why it has been declined, and then lock it. If it was declined on Phase 2, you will receive a pm telling you why, after this, it is non-negotiable.
