I have nothing against you, but you did indeed flame Parth back and that does warrant a 20%. I would be inclined to forgive and forget, but you two were bickering last week as well. Just learn not to let people like that get to you, and forward them to someone higher and you will lose this in no time.

As alot of you know ever since i joined the Wilderness Guardians myself and parth have been at each others necks. To long have a sat back and watched those who tell me to go cut myself or to go die. Quikdrawjoe is the same, i had circumstancual evidence, 2 chat logs and a screenshot of him telling me to go die, to this day he still flames me. The same goes for Parth. He has been banned from WG before, i have sat kindly not flaming him back, keeping my distance and reporting it to the council, yet nothing was done about it. So i decided to flame back, he has upset more than me and i stood up to him, no one else does. This resulted in his ban from the Wilderness Guardians yet again and gave me a 20% warn, yes i warrent it for flaming him back but under the circumstances i should not get this warn. I did what anyone does when they are backed into a corner, i fought back and i won.

Over the past year Parth has been finding ways to flame me whether it on topics or on IRC. He cost me a friend. If he is unbanned or allowed to return as ex-member then i shall leave this clan.

He indeed doesn't deserve it. Parth went too far and Simon was forced to defend himself. Good luck getting it removed Simon.

As I said in the warn level, it was not the first, it was the 2nd time you had reacted. The other time was in level 1 I believe and I had to clean probably 10 replies with you too bickering back and forth calling each other fags.

I really have nothing against you, but you can't get away with retaliating like that twice. Parth was banned because what he does was worse, but you replying is not right and I do not believe you should still be a "perfect" member with 0% when you replied.

No problem with this getting removed in the future, I'm sure it will, I think it is too soon for now though.

I'll let someone else decide officially though.

I personally believe the warn level should stick. I have nothing personal against Simon, however he DID react twice, and no matter how many times you react, two wrongs simply do not make a right. In my opinion he flamed an (At the time) member of the clan and should therefore have the warning level. We shouldn't adopt the policy of 'Oh well if he flames you first you can by all means flame him back'.

I agree with Mugger. There are other options rather than flaming back. Putting the other person on ignore is one of them.

Also, my opinion is to let the warn level stay a week, then remove. For something like this... It can serve as a reminder to keep your temper.

I say we remove it

Ying was just defending himself. He was attacked, and he was just defending himself.

Sure some people to need to keep their anger. But Simon? We all know hes a kindhearted person. As Mugger said:

Its true. We shouldnt adopt a policy like that.
But in this individual case, do you think Simon is a person that would take advantage of a policy like this?

Simon is a nice guy, and hes always friendly. I dont think I've seen him be cruel or mean for a very long time. He isnt a person who would just flame because he has a chance to.

I really hope some of you reconsider, I really feel that the way the votes are going is unfair

This warning appeal has been declined due to unpopular vote or Council decision.
