Welcome To The Mentor Programme

By enrolling in this programme, you will be given the task of taking care of our most newest members; Trial Guardians. You will point them in the right direction by answering their questions, helping them get screenshots, helping them come to events, wake them up if they are going inactive and always reminding them how much time they have left until they have to Graduate.

The criteria needed to be a Mentor:

Must be Guardian+ Rank
Must have stayed actively in Wg for Two months since Graduation date.
Must be understanding of Trial Guardian needs.
Must be active on TS, IRC & in RS.
Would not mind helping mentees in game.

We've made it simple, all you have to do is follow the steps:

1. Make a new topic
2. In the "Topic Title", enter: "Mentorship: YourRsNameHere"
3. In the "Topic Description", enter the current date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
4. In the main box, copy, paste & fill out this form, do not include the "<" & ">" symbols.

I'd say, being in Wg for 1 month doesn't give you enough experiance of how the clan is run and assuming your active you still can't know everything about the clan to help your Mentee. I'd not go for a mentorship position for a good 6 months i think, 1 month is far to quick.

personally i think what there truly is to know?

we're a clan. we have honour. we host weekend events. skill of the week. etc.

the majority of males are obsessed with sex. especially heterosexual.
its a very laid back community with people from varios backgrounds. beliefs, etc.
if you make any hateful comments ur banned. period
if you nh. you're going to get ur hand slapped.
if you're a spy expect to receive justice.
the leader has a nack for classical music.

irc channels are (won't list due to leak factor)

join #sgtnewbfishs_chat when ur in afk training. just make sure u don't die.

try to be active. essentially you can miss raids with prior conditions but if you're online its mandatory.

in any case, not all mentors are alike and as we all notice some have more active mentors than others.

big_al_002. look at it this way. the harder they make it for you to join as a mentor the more interesting things will be. you never truly appreciate an honor without first having to go thru some rigorous task.

then again, going thru the guardian process dosen't seem much now. i planned on being active but the slump that has been going for acouple of weeks if not months has forced me to take an accustomed position on this clan and has my affiliations and ambitions towards similar groups. an example is lnd team (to learn team coordination and war).

so yeah dude. wait 2 months. if u really want to dispute might as well rally up some troops and hold petitions. strikes. etc.

lol, it would be a wg version of iran without the turbans =P

p.s. if u get offended. don't worry, i apologize but its all in good faith and humor. please get your iou stickers in deep wildy and make sure you're wearing all your wealth. just to make it special =P
