The idea is to consolidate all the suggestions that people have in mind that may prove useful to help fix what has been going wrong with this clan for some while. Sounds pretty stupid, I know, but I believe it would help. People are sometimes afraid to speak their mind because they fear abuse, or ridicule. Some have good ideas, but don't post them because they feel if some people don't like it, they won't move up the ranks, or get the respect they want. What I propose is a separate forum, similar in structure to our God Wars forum for suggestions on how to fix the problems we are facing as a clan. In this forum there would be separate threads relating to issues like the community, the skilling and warring aspects and whatever appears to be a major issue facing the clan that requires fixing. The first post would basically consist of a list of ALL ideas proposed, good, or bad so that leaders, or whoever wants to can easily access them. The idea is that this place is there so people can say what they want to say and then go. There shouldn't be much discussion because that would basically be like posting in the Suggestions forum. I guess someone would have to be tasked with managing it and updating the lists, but it shouldn't be to complicated. Just a compressed version of what the original poster said. There can be references to the original posters if necessary. Also, additions to the lists don't have to be from the specific thread. They could be ideas seen on other topics where a member is making a comment on how something could be done but hasn't formerly proposed it. It wouldn't be something that requires permission, just a place for all our ideas to be so that they all aren't scattered in various threads that have been locked or lost. Anyways, like it, hate it, it's something that I think would prove useful. --------------------   |
