The orange part is my WG history pretty much, scroll down to the next ~~~~ if you don't really care :< Darkzero101 first joined the Wilderness Guardians in mid-2005, late June to be exact, after seeing a recruitment post on Runevillage forums. The post struck me, and I instantly wanted to join this clan, so I did. I do not have the exact date of my joining, wish I did. I made many friends, WG was such an awesome clan back then. People were totally awesome. My mentor (yes we had the mentoring system back then) was originally Rokushox, but was changed to Avalonian0 (for anyone who remembers them). Ava helped me out all the time and I owe much of how I turned out today into him. The members of WG were all friendly, got along well, did things together in RS, and WG was on it's way into growing to the clan it was at it's peak. After a while I was promoted to the rank of 'Trusted Member' (I'm pretty sure this is what it was) which was a rank higher than 'Member' (I think!) but lower than 'Senior Member' 'Honored Member' (once again, I think. Hazy memory.) I was so happy with myself when his happened, I didn't think I could be any happier. I had enrolled to be a mentor myself, and had many mentee's, two I remember being Beatbyagurl and Sonixpber (yeah, Mike!). I really enjoyed teaching my mentee's how to be good guardians and I loved being a mentor. Eventually I was promoted to Raid Captain (Thats what it was called back then) along with Scarface796, Hourus0, Snowzak, and Chaddaman124. When the post was originally made, Kenshln forgot about me, and I was heartbroken because a certain council member had congratulated me before the post was made. When I saw my name wasn't on the list, I was so upset because of the 'false hopes' I was given. It was sorted shortly after and I received the rank. I left WG on 'D-Day', along with the hundred of others. I then moved on to Corruption where I stayed for 5 months (I think). I would always come raid with WG though, it really hurt me seeing 8 people on Week-end raids. After seeing many old-school WG returning, I decided to come back, where once again I was promoted to Raid Leader, for the second time. Time rolled on, I left again (for reasons I honestly forget, I felt so stupid) but returned almost 4 days later, regretting my stupidity. Once again when I returned I received Raid Leader, after Tnuac made a poll and the clan felt I deserved it back. To anyone still around who voted in that poll I thank you so much. I don't think I would have ever made it to council. As time kept rolling (and WG slumping), Snowzak was banned from his computer for over a month, and I was placed in to council as the Head of the Wilderness Sector in his place by Jenny. I was so proud of myself for making it this far in this legendary clan. When Snowzak returned, I was allowed to stay in council as they (council + primary leader) thought I did a great job. Time kept going on, me witnessing the promotions of many, many members. Some to council, like Dale, Evil, Thomas, and Robert, Abs getting primary leader. I had my say in the promotion of Raid Leaders (I had a massive say in these as I was Warlord) and my advice on promoting Skill Leaders. I never regretted any of my suggestions, everyone turned out great. ~~~~ Then, here I am today. My total time being in WG passing three years, all washed up. No longer do I have intersted in the game this clan in based on, and no longer do I feel the 'love' for this once great clan. That magically feeling has been lost to me, for a long time. I kept trying and trying to bring it back, nothing would work. It's time to hang the pink cape up, for good this time. I ask that you do not hate me for doing this, and I want you all to try your absolute best to restore WG to it's former glory. It hurts me to see WG in this state and I feel so guilty for leaving but it has been long time coming. If you have anything to say to me please do it here, I don't think I will be staying around for much longer. I will most likely retire from RS. If I don't I will definatly stay clanless for a while but anyone who knows me knows I live for warring so I may possibly head somewhere else, for the wars. I may try and find a new 'family' but I higher doubt that, with my lack of interest in RS. ~~~~ Here are a few pictures showing my WG Career: My very first promotion to raid leader:  My second appointment to raid leader:  I find it funny how Tmal was council then and gave me raid leader, then this time around I was council when he was brought into it  . Funny how we're both gone now.A poll presented to the clan asking if they wanted me as a raid leader, for the third time:  My promotion into council:  It always bugged me how I was never voted into council. I really hope I deserved to hold that rank. ~~~~ I will not be doing any shout-outs, I would miss out on too many people and this is long enough in my mind. I will still be hanging around the IRC for the next three days until I'm officially removed from the clan. Doubt I'll be talking much as I'm not at my computer as often and I have to work the next two days. When I first joined, you were my best (and only) friend in WG. Eventually I expanded, and met new people. But I would've never learned my way around without you. Its so clear that you have made up your mind so I won't try to convince you to stay or anything. But you really will be missed I can admit that in my current stay of WG, we are not as close as we used to be. But that doesn't change the fact that we are still good friends. You will be missed dearly, best of luck to you outside of WG/RS. I may be getting XBL soon, I'll add you if I do. It was pretty amusing, you were like "no, leave me alone, I just want to be here not lead" and they were like no go do it. You did a fine job then and you have since that day, I don't know the day except that it was my first P2P raid. With you gone, I have no one to worship as the best sniper to ever play Runescape.
