On the weekly event topic you used to update the attendance and then put the name of the event under the "events counted" section.
Because of this we knew what the last event to be updated was, however on the new system we do not have this.

So we have two possibilities.
Which do you think is better:

1. Every recap has the attendance posted on it and when the attendance has been updated the person who updated it puts "ATTENDANCE UPDATED" at the top of the topic.

2. I make a topic in Events Forum where you edit the name of the event into the first post, so we literally have a list of what events we've had recently.

Your choice, both would be easy, but something needs to be done.

BTW- Thanks to whoever updated the Hades War Attendance correctly wub.gif

I wont be doing attendance but I think option 2 would be more easier and I belive we used that for a while before.

My personal preference would be option one as there is a solution allready built into the forums to do this.

If we added another option onto the multi moderation system it would make it a matter of 2 clicks and we know its updated smile.gif

Option One, I agree with Evil, Multi-Moderation would simply make it a matter of 2 clicks, reducing workload and Event Recaps has a full archive of our events.
