Hey guys,

I remember Gladz doing something like this, but for one day.
The idea is pretty simple, we gain good reputation and possibly good new members by hosting public events for one week where we have 1 public event per day, for 7 days.

As soon as we have the events prepared and posted, we post on RSC inviting people to come!

Events should be quite simple. Public pyro, House parties, Hide N Seek, Clan Wars, Fist of Guthix, Drop parties, and stuff like that, just keep the idea simple so people don't get confused.

What do you guys think?

This got some potential,
but we need to be sure that our activity is good when we do this..
we will emberass ourselves if barely any WG are at the event..

I wanna run a Revanant hunting event sometime, I wouldn't mind making it public. :-)

I would like this, but the only problem would be me attending the events during week days due to school.

We can make these mandatory for whoever is online perhaps? since they're important.

We use to have these in December to celebrate WG's birthday.
Many events everyday for a good amount of time.

that sounds awesome fun. If I know far enough ahead I can work around it.

Maybe break into groups and let the group plan their event.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

Been thinking more about this lately. What about having the events choosen and a sign up list like we did for olympics. The event, the time, the day, then we sign up and you assign leader to hold the event or ask for volunteer from the group. Some people might be willing to host if it is all planned and they only have to lead, screenie and recap the event with attendance. Just a thought. Like two to three events a day would be nice to cover the time zones but attendance could be a problem.

This seems like a really good week, but im thinking maybe have it once every 3 - 4 months? That way people will come and go "When's the next one gonna be" and won't be able to wait for it.

I support this suggestion and i hope it is put into place.

This can easily be sorted out, say have 2 weeks of public events... say one week for GMT - GMT + 13 and then one week for GMT -10
