Well this is about F2P BH. I don't host F2P BH trips just so we can simply go "kill people." I want the clan to come together as a community and have some laughs, I don't care about your combat level, I don't care if you don't know how to pk, hell I don't care if you don't come if you honestly just don't wanna spend time with your friends. This is just like any other event, I don't see why anyone wants to come. We have fun as a team, make jokes and build teamwork.

I want to start off in F2P BH so I can train members so they can be prepared when we step up to P2P. We have multiple activities not only the mid crater lure but also protecting people against Pile jumpers (pjers). We go around and protect innocent pkers who just got a rune pk or even a trimmed rune pk and make sure that they don't die just because some Asswipe wants to ruin their day. I know how it feels to get pjed and lost mils. Isn't that what WG is supposed to be about? Protecting the innocent? That's how we roll, I wanna bring honor into the crater and I wasn't joking.

So just if you misunderstood what F2P BH is about.
Brandon

I was never really into Pking back with the old wild. Tbh, going into big fights and stuff gives me an adrenaline rush, but in a bad way. It makes me physically sick to my stomach, and ready to vomit. Which is why I do try to avoid things that would cause that reaction. Like BH.

Ok understood Tabs but the guys that came with me today didn't know what they were doing. Well Ranma and Mike (Ragingwealth lol sorry got em mixed up) kinda did since they were pkers but Robert never really had been to F2P BH nor had Ryan. They came anyways because they didn't prejudge it. Most members don't even give it a shot and just say they hate BH.

By the way BH is MOSTLY single pvp tongue.gif

I honestly agree. If you are in the BH arena, with fighting gear, you are there to fight. You are in no way 'innocent' if you are returning from having killed and are banking gear, that is just stupid. As such, as I see it, anyone in the BH arena, especially with a rogue skull(I think that's what they have now?), they are fair game, and should be killed off in the best manner possible - teaming, ranged weapons, hybriding, or even plain brute force, whatever will inflict the most damage on the RPKer, and the least damage on you/your team. Honor in the BH arena is a bit different from the old Wilderness, as there is no resources to be gained, and unless the person has nothing on, they are probably not sight-seeing.

Those are just my thoughts on the manner.

Well like robbie said...In the old wildy, did we used to talk up to RoT and say, 'excuse me old chappy, have you just got a kill golly gosh?' 'Because if you have, we wont kill you'?

What im getting at, is people know why there in BH, to fight. Not to Train, or Skill. To fight. Simple as. I dont understand why we cant kill people who have just gotten a kill. Easier Target tbh.

Yeah with the old wildy, you still killed somebody even if they had loot.
It wasn't like "oh sorry lets not attack you cause you can bank + save that loot".
They weren't innocent.

I'm leaning towards the all-styles bh thing.
Like everybody is there to fight.

When those new pvp worlds comes out however, that may be a different story.
Depending upon how jagex implement the system, there may be innocents to protect.

Yeah I agree with Tabs. I been to BH bank, does that count? I'm not much into any people killing. I went to the arena event in f2p the other day. I had fun but I mostly do stuff like that just to socialize.

Brandon, I have entered BH, i have done plenty of BH trips when the old BH was around and it was multi, i never liked PKing and i try to avoid it where i can as i am more of a skiller than a fighter, Over the past few months i have been working for 99 prayer and it's taken alot of time out of my life and i want to achieve this level.

I understand that alot of people didn't show up because 1. they have never been to BH, 2. They don't like BH or 3. they are just to lazy to show. When Stokenut was council he hosted a weekly F2P BH trip for those who were experienced, maybe have a look into this aspect?

I think what Brandon is hoping to accomplish is to just get everyone used to BH and to get them on good terms with it to get rid of automatic thoughts when linked with BH such as 'I'll lose money" "I can't pk" "What is BH?". So at the speed that everyone is comfortable with we will progress to help certain members.

Again, coming to these events will, over time, help your confidence with these matters. The more you come to terms with it, the easier it will be. And everything will be done as slow as you want it to be, to help and to guide you.

I think this is what Brandon is trying to suggest.

And also, I agree with Robbie, he has written exactly how I feel about BH.

Brandon

You act as if I completely disregarded what you said. Your post is a little confusing, but let me break it down in the way that I understood it.

First of all, to you this is not just a BH event. It is a community get-together. Well thats fine, most events are.

QUOTE
This is just like any other event, I don't see why anyone wants to come.

I disagree here. I go to most other events because I like the activity. Certain people like certain things. Just because you aren't into some skilling events doesn't mean everyone dislikes them.

QUOTE
I don't care about your combat level, I don't care if you don't know how to pk, hell I don't care if you don't come if you honestly just don't wanna spend time with your friends.

My combat level is between low to middle 100s (109). Thats not what bothers me. Sure I don't know how to PK very well, but again thats not what bothers me. If I wanted to learn, I would've done so a long time ago. But you can ask anyone thats close to me, I never ever play a game for the PvP aspect (Except Diablo 2). And the last part about not wanting to be with friends is a little ignorant. You act as if those who didn't come did not like WildGuard whatsoever.

I'm not here to start any fights or flame, I just feel hurt that you would think I disregarded everything you said.

I also have to agree with Robbie. BH has no innocents, kill them all.

Mike, BH combat levels are differant in P2P and F2P. You can't get in medium crater at F2P with 109 cmb, the lowest is 95 (or 100) yet in P2P the high crater doesn't start til 110 cmb.

That's just to clear things up.

Actually, stepping into BH is not protecting the innocent since there is no innocent in there.
You can only kill and get killed in BH, nothing else.

Therefore we can not arpk.

@ Edge no. It was considered basic honor to not PJ people in or after fights.

In teamed fights, no one cares. If your teamate gets downed, you and the rest of your team focus to take that guy down.

Im personally strongly against pjing. However, if a WG member was downed, we are obviously obligated to down his attacker

If we go in PJing every guy we see what makes us different from RoT or any of the other clans that bh there (P2P tbh but still). We're supposed to be individuals, and as BTO pointed out in Edge there was no pjing and since BH is MOSTLY 1v1 and then you mix it with a bit of multi it would be like Edgeville in the Widly Days and combine them with luring on certain raids. I mean its like we're fighting a war and then NI comes in with d hides and kills us all, that's what PJing is like to me.

Our name lululul hash.png hash.png hash.png

The thing which worries me is how you expect a team of ~10 of us to go in there and pk as a team. The only way is if someone's target is nearby but even then, 2/10 people attacking wont be fun for the other 8 all day long.
Personally, I just say we wait for the new PvP update angryhahs.gif.png
