Wayne is awesome and a terrific friend (even if he misreads posts), not to mention is very active in IRC. In game, he's 2nd to none as far as being there if someone needs a hand. To not graduate someone like Wayne, something must seriously be wrong. I'll go out on a limb here and say if you don't graduate Wayne, hold off on accepting MY graduation until you do.
