 I posted a "hi"... kind...of.. topic in the guest forums, but I wanted this to be more formal.
For those of you that don't know me, my names Jake, aka Cream. I was a WG member for quiet a while and left when RS started to update, and allot of politics in WG left me more stressed after a day of being online... rather than entertained (as it should be).

I'm currently 18 and attending the Art Institute of Houston as a Computer Programmer major. I'm currently taking numorious courses for Software design, c++, java, and game development and design. Hopefully, by the end of all things, I can land myself within a company such as Activision, or Crytek, something like that, and be one of the many whom work on video games. Its a slight longshot, but its a goal nonetheless

Though I'm not exactly playing RS anymore, due to giving my mother all my stuff before the RS updates, I am a very avid COD4 (PC) player, as well as Crysis and Hellgate. Due to my education in C++ and scripting language, the crysis sandbox editor has been allot of fun to play with, and its were I spend a majority of my time lately. If anyone has xfire and wants to join me in COD4 PC, hook me up and lets roll some heads!!!

I am contemplating playing RS again, though I may just start a new account, as, I found it funner working up to things rather than already having them. If I do come back to RS, I will definitely come back to WG (if they'll have me =)).

Glad to see allot of people I used to talk to, still here. Kinda scary, allot of the people I remember being applicants at the time of my being here, now being events leaders, mods, RS mods, and council, surly if I were to stick around, I possibly could have achieved greatness and leadership as they have, however, I would like to congratulate all of them, as I know they are and will do a great job in the future!

Oh and btw, I play CoD4 Pc as well! which version do you have? I use 1.5 atm.
Oh and since you're experienced with Computer stuffies, I kinda need help with my CoD4 CD, it installs the game fine but it says its the incorrect cd when I play (Valid copy), so I kinda had to crack it. PM me if you can help please? biggrin.gif

Cod CD prb?
honestly I'm not 100%, the registery might not be reading properly, it happens from time to time, I get that on my Halo1 CD when I decide to crack it out. Best guess is to completely uninstall, remove the folder and everything after install and then put it back on. and of course, upgrade your version to 1.7 just because its... better? lol
Find the "Tactical Strike Force" server.
Its Hardcore TDM, max 19 players, fav server and I'm in their 95% of the time =D
