      IRC Nickname: Gorgemaster Group: Elite Guardian Posts: 9840 Member No.: 3 Joined: December 26, 2007 Total Events Attended: 540    | Hey Guys, Due to a scheduled PKRI on Sunday night, I decided to reschedule the TS meeting for Monday instead. Attendance:  +Robertw56 Once again the meeting was highly successful. Issues discussed: Issue One: P2P Wars This was brought up by Danltn, who suggested that we should have more P2P Wars. We have recently improved a lot in P2P Wars and we need to keep this up and keep practicing. Chappell44 suggested possibly one P2P war a month minimum. Issue Two: More War Practices This has already been discussed in level three and in recent staff meetings, so the raid leaders are in the process of doing this, don't worry. The idea of more P2P + F2P war practices was suggested. Issue Three: Rash Decisions I brought this up. Recently many people have been making very rash decisions over leaving, etc and I'm just saying please PLEASE think very carefully if you post a leaving topic. If you are angry about something that has happened in the IRC or at an event, then your mind is biased and you are not fit to make a proper, correct decision. I suggest taking some time to calm down, then come and discuss your decision with a member of staff, who will always be glad to help  Issue Four: War Attendance This is a major point, that needed urgent discussion, resulting from the PKRI on Sunday night. If you are online during a war/raid/Pk Run-in, you should be attending it. It is your duty to WG to come to the event and support your clan. This also applies with events really, although to a less extent. I cannot stress enough, that if we see you online during a war without being there, we will not be happy. HOWEVER War attendance will NOT be mandatory (with the exception of possible a full out uber important war). Issue Five: More Range Events Since Pro Silentium Month 4 (Range + Hitpoints) is starting on Wednesday 8th October (next week), we really need more range events. Some examples are: The Chicken Hunt, invented by Kingrandy0, Pest Control, Range Wars etc. Issue Six: Rule Breaking in IRC The Council have made their position on rule breaking very clear, they will not punish you for it, yet do not expect to see it done. So please DO NOT advertise rule breaking in #wg_lobby OR #wg, it is not nice and yes, so please don't do it. That was all that we discussed on Monday. If you have issues you want to discuss next week, keep them in mind and pm me and we'll discuss it prior to the meeting Thanks for coming everyone, these meetings are really helpful! ~George  --------------------    | ||
