I've noticed more of that kind of reporting out of jealousy. Usually you get that kind of ban fast like same day. But for sure within 3 days. So just wait it out now. If you do get punished for it in any way don't try to appeal it before talking to people who won their appeals. Jagex let's the computer decide your appeal and if you word it right you can get out of anything. If it's a commonly known site, such as YouTube, Google, Myspace etc then Jagex will not punish you.
