That's because deciding on the Application Managers were very hard  . Everyone had their ups and downs. But thanks to Council & Tertiary Leaders, we've decided on the new Application Managers. A note for the people who applied and didn't get it - Please don't be unhappy, there's always a reason that you didn't get it. If you are the great person I know you are, you will look at the reason I am going to post below, and you WILL improve on that, and you will come back for more, you will come back for the next round of Applications (whenever that is) and you will apply, knowing that you improved on what you lacked. Now without further ado, I am going to announce the Application Managers, They are: http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/9356/zrandom690tj7.png AND http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/2735/zrandom691jo9.png Congratulations Guys, Post below accepting your post as Application Manager --------------- Application Managers who applied and reasons for denial: Groedius - You have been here a long time with great dedication Andrew, we value you more than you think, Although the main reason is because some of Lvl 3 thought that you might use the IRC powers abusively and that at times you make Rash Decisions. Sygelig - Brilliant Application, Very clever & delightful young member of WG. The only reason you didn't get it is because I think you are quite new to the clan, and did not think it was fair letting someone who just recently came back become App Manager. However you were VERY VERY close, I advise you to apply next time. Reticked - Lovely member, was here for a long time. You became inactive. Although your reason was that your application wasn't good enough. Renoldojr10 - Ali, you've had the most experience as Leadership, it probably was wise to give you the position, however you were deemed unreliable by some members of Level Three and did not want to take the risk. Please apply in due time. Maddness990 - You are a fabulous member, you have improved greatly on your behaviour, patience and have become very kind. However you were deemed too new for Application Manager. Also, I didn't get a Council Ref from you.
