8. He is always ON IRC, but he seems to be idle most of the time. (May be because of 3 hour timezone difference.)

7 I have talked to him in PM. He's quite cool. He's level headed and calm. He seems active, especially for big important events like wars, which is very beneficial to our clan.

Not sure yet. So far he seems fine.
