What you know and don't know and what you would like to know. Members who were here for the last one, back in 2005, please tell the newer guys what its all about. In a nutshell The concept is, I'm hiding somewhere in RS and you have to find me. The earlier you get the me the better your prize. When the quest starts I put 2 topics into Part I. The first is the master riddle. A very tough riddle that will lead you to me when it's cracked. The second is a normal clue which is much easier than the master riddle. The normal clue, when answered, will give you the password to the Part II forum... and in Part II you get another clue that leads to Part III and so on until you get to my location in Part V. You'll be travelling around RS using co-ordinates and various instructions to find out the password to each forum. Considering the difficulty of the master riddle, working out 5 clues should take the same time as working out the master riddle. Or you could blindly go hunting for me. _____ You also get to form teams of up to 4 people. Now it's going to happen on a PvP world meaning you can kill each other, lie to each other, mislead each other... it's also a game of tactics. Do whatever it takes to throw other teams off the scent. The first team to find me wins. I'll make a topic about teams later on... this event is over a month away. I'm releasing it a bit early to get you guys hyped up. I hope you can already tell how exciting this quest is going to be... I keep it rare on purpose. Once a year during the anniversary. I remember just blindly trying place, and when something came to mind, I'd try it as the password to the next clue. I was hopeless... But times have changed! Just a quick question, when you say we can kill each other, are you talking about killing members of our team, or killing the other team? Or both? Just wanted to clear that up. It was a part of a ton of anniversary events. Can't believe its been three years since its last happened  I remember rushing home on Friday night to try the clan quest, even though I was already 30 minutes late. I ended up trying to do it alone, but still failing. Got to maybe the 3rd clue before Lordy just gave us his location Couldn't even get there at the time But besides the fact that I got nothing, it was extremely enjoyable, even alone. Its a lot easier with a team though, so I recommend everyone get one  --------------------  | ||
