So i have made a quote script that i have loaded whenever i am online. I have 2 nicks, OptimusPrime, and [Sooth]. Either which one will have it loaded. As long as you see both those nicks in #wg/#wg_lobby MY quote system will be available.

Commands:
!quote help
[You are given the quote commands]
!addquote <Your Quote>
[Adds a qoute]
!delquote ID#
[ID == The quote number it was given when submitted. You will be given the ID when you type !quote also]
!quote
[Returns a random quote]
!quote ID#
[Returns quote with that ID]
!totalquote
[Returns total quotes]
!findquote WORD
[Returns all quotes with said WORD in them]
!lastquote
[Returns last submitted Quote]
!status
[Returns wether the quote system is on/off Ops/Hops + Me can turn the quote system on/off by typing !status on/off]
!theme set #
[Personalize your colors, just like with Runescript. Until you set it, it will just be black]

Admin Commands - Op/Hop/Me
!flood set TRIGGER Duration
Triggers - add/del/total/last/num/rand/help
!flood set add #
[Set the flood limit for adding quotes]
!flood set del #
[Set the flood limit for deleting quotes]
!flood set total #
[Set the flood limit for viewing total quotes]
!flood set last #
[Set the flood limit for viewing the last quote]
!flood set num #
[Set the flood limit for viewing a quote with an ID]
!flood set rand #
[Set the flood limit for viewing a random quote]
!flood set help #
[Set the flood limit for viewing quote help]
