You must have your forum name as your RS name (yes) 3. You must not be NH. (No Honor) (yes no nh) 4. You must have been in WG for more than a two months (yes 1 or 2year+ was so long ago) 5. You must have graduated to member or higher. (yes 6. You must have one of your friends from WG who is ranked Member or higher validate you, to ensure that it is you and not an imposter.
