Most likely 6/7pm at your clan time (GMT +8). Leaving it till 9pm is like 11pm for me, 12am (midnight) for a lot of our other Australians. I remember setting up the war last time, and I seem to remember 7pm was fine for you guys (GMT +8) The only thing is you guys are hard to contact, I seem to remember in setting up the last war nobody was in your irc chat, and the only way I could talk to anybody was through an in game clan chat.
