We are lacking in attendance and activity as you may know. Thing is, no matter how many rules we suggest, it won't do us very good if there is no WG member awareness. So what I'm asking of you in this post is simple. Read, please read and try to understand. Joining a clan doesn't mean ultimate fun and glory as some people see it. It's a way for fun and enjoyment yes, but why not seek ultimate fun and enjoyment? We could do this simply by one thing: Activity. I know it is your right to say I won't attend <event name>. But you should understand, we're all making 'Sacrifices' (If you'd call them that lol). I know there are certain events people don't enjoy, so it's understandable if you miss about one or two events a week. But, guys, come on. Sorry if this seems harsh but it does seem a bit selfish, since you're basically using the forums..the IRC..the TS..the rank and all that without paying your small debt: Activity I'm not asking everyone here to be super active and be the best member. What I'm trying to ask of you is to be aware that we as a clan will not go far if we don't help each other out. Event's are basically three types: PvP, Skill events and Community events. Now we all know that not everyone likes all three types. But we're not in a place where everyone is going for whatever works for him alone. No, otherwise there is no point in being a clan. Instead of waiting for rules to force you to attend certain type of events, why not take the initiative and attend certain type of events that you dislike so you help your clan mates and your friends, Don't attend them all the time, no. Attending one of each if you are online is more than enough. Some people are busy in Real life, Understandable. Just try whenever you can. Just think about it guys, if we all commit ourselves WITHOUT any rules forcing us or anything other than ourselves to help out the clan by attending a certain type of events\ we dislike once a week, just once. I'm sure all of us can, only if we try. If you do this, just know, either one of these two would happen:
I end my post with this small note: If we don't help each other out, how are we going to improve? No type of rule would change this clan if we don't change the way we act towards events we dislike. So I say, it's time for change. Don't you agree? It's about time, tbh.  /off topic. I try to attend all events that happen, even those I don't like or HIGHLY disagree with (Like the mini we did with Valhalla a while back >_>) It may not be fun, but it helps others. It shows them you're dedicated enough to go out of your way for them. It may not seem like you're doing much, but you are really boosting morale for everyone. --------------------  | ||
