      IRC Nickname: Cam Group: Ex-Member Posts: 749 Member No.: 24 Joined: December 30, 2007 Total Events Attended: 69    | OK, the long awaited Xbox 360 Dashboard update has come, you can now create your own little "Avatar" a 3D pixelated character of yourself, if you have enough memory space you can save games straight to your hard drive and on top of this it looks a whole lot better and child-friendly. What do you guys think of it? I like it, but i think its gonna take a bit of getting used to, and i dont particularly like looking through my friend's list anymore. Thoughs? You need the disk in to play installed games still, the only thing installing does is attempt to decrease loading times. Also, don't install Halo 3, it runs worse if it's installed on the hard drive. As for the experience, I like it, apart from looking through 84 friends on the dashboard, that can get quite irritating, especially if one signs out while you're on them. At the moment I only have a 20gb HDD so I've only installed CoD4, but I'm getting a 120gb for christmas (with a nice black console too) so I'll be installing more then. -------------------- | ||||||||

I hate both of them, I have all 3 of the new generation consoles. I find Xbox360 to be the best out of all of them. And has already reached one of it's highest points in The gaming world. ...Whaaat  ?On a worldwide scale, 360 has sold roughly 23 million, PS3 around 17 million, and Wii outselling both with close to 37 million. And it's been announced about a week ago that the PS3 has 14 million active online accounts to match the 360's. The Wii...well, I wouldn't know; Nintendo's friend code system is garbage, lol.
