This is a reminder, advising members that ALL anniversary events are worth double attendance points, except the major anniversary events, which are worth triple attendance points. Sign ups are for each event, not for each day, and are only applicable to those who are confident that they can attend.

1. The Veteran War

On December 6th, 2003, the clan held its first event. A raid, with an attendance of 5 people, who ranged from level 30 to level 65. One member was too low levelled to fish for the trout beside Barbarian Village, and so went to the monastery to collect cabbages. The clan went out in full steel (provided by the clan armour smith, Docster) and everyone died at the Bandit camp, to a level 60 in full rune. Most were 3-hit.

Every year, the clan re-enacts this first raid with the Veteran War. Those members who were in the clan for the last anniversary count as Veterans. Those who joined after, are non Veterans. The veterans will re-enact the first raid by wearing the full steal and taking cabbages, and will fight the non-veterans, in modern PKing gear, at the Bandit Camp. The battle symbolises WG's progress over the years, as a fighting clan.

Items Required: Veterans: full steel, S2H, purple cape. Non-Veterans: F2P PKing gear

2. The Firefest

The reason the firefest is put on Day 1 is because it is a HIGHLY significant Event to WG. Firstly, it was an event that was made popular by WG, spreading on from us into other clans and communities. Secondly, the fires are lit in the same spirit people light birthday candles. The more fires, the bigger the celebration.

3. The Public Drop Party

20M will be dropped by WG for the general clan community, as a sign of good faith, and as thanks for the battles which they provided us over the last year. Also, it will attract members to the other two events. Each member will be expected to provide about 500k in items for the drop. It is expected that WG members to not attach themselves to pixels. You have to be prepared to give up some pixels.

4. The Conga Line

We finish Day One with something light. A conga line that stretches through RS. Spamming frees are being given away if you follow, usually does the trick. We've made some massive congas in the past. Some of the biggest ever.
