However, newer members may be completely new to the idea, and only have the vague understanding of it. ARPK is more of a passion than a constriction full of rules. It by no way means we are against PKing, but this clan has the extra level that is selective PKing, and being more proud that you have killed those who deserve it, or kill innocents. For that reason, we don't want to put in place too many rules, because it spoils the independant aspect of PKing. So, we will outline some rules, and then guidelines on the greyer areas. If you break the rules, you face a suspension or worse. If you RPK in the grey area, the punishment may be lesser. The rules I) You may not attack anyone in the PvP world who is not PKing, or face expullsion. II) You may kill anyone you see killing an innocent. III) If you kill an innocent by accident, you must return their items. The Code These highlight the grey areas between the rules and divide them into certain exceptions. 1) You may kill anyone who asks to be killed, despite of being skulled. 2) If someone non-skulled follows us on a raid, they are asked to leave, and will be killed if they refuse. 3) You may kill green dragon autoers IF YOUR ARE 100% SURE they are autoing. There are ways to find out, you must not think that they are on a whim. Autoers may be killed because they are breaking jagex rules. 4) You may kill 1-itemers if they are spending an extended amount of time in a PKing hotspot. 5) You cannot kill someone if they are skulled and skilling (e.g. killing green dragons). Although they have been PKing the past, they are no longer PKing, and you are killing an innocent. 6) You may kill anyone in PKing gear who is skulled. You may also kill anyone in Pking gear at a PKing hotspot (e.g. Mage bank or GE). 7) Looters may be killed, especially if they are looting food. 8) If a RCer repetitively attacks you, you may attack them to chase them away. However, if they attack you by accident you are to avoid them. 9) If we are p2p raiding and see someone portal up unskulled in f2p gear, you must NOT attack them. They have nothing to do with us, and by killing them, we are effectively spoiling someone else's fight. 10) To make it clear, killing players using brawling gloves, gaining EP and people trying to do their 76k's is against the rules. They are not looking for a fight. They are not PKing. They are considered innocent. As you can see, ARPKing isn't black and white, there are exceptions to the rule. Just make sure you know what is & isn't acceptable, but most of all put it into practice. It isn't a restriction, its an opportunity, and a duty. I'm really glad these have been re-posted. It's about time newer members got to know the rules of ARPKing. P.S. Most Autoers wear Addy Full helms and Rune chains, because they don't do quests. They only usualy have combat stats in the hiscores, and maybe wood cutting or an another money making skill. --------------------    | ||||

Thought about it, but the old one was a fail. No one ever used it, mainly because they didn't know we had it. Plus, no one really pks outside of hotspots. -------------------- | ||||

Few people go from pking to killing green dragons without banking (and probably getting unskulled). I doubt anyone kills green dragons on PvP worlds anyway. In reality, pkers won't hide the fact they are pking because WG is out. We are one of a very small group of clans that actually ARPK. Any other clan would go after him. Maybe someone is killing drags and accidentally attacks another drag killer. Mistakes happen. -------------------- | ||||

If its not because you got jumped by some PJing moron, then its not against ARPKing but its strongly discouraged, and really does give the clan a bad name. When I re-read this, they sound really strict lol. Want to stress, its not like a rule book, its like 'parlez' for pirates.
