 Where to begin?

Reason 1-

Let me take this from Spyder's application:

Account buyer/sharer.
He was not the real owner of Spyder69.


Reason 2-

He has asked SEVERAL members, including myself, for cash and accounts.
Not knowing it was a scam, some members actually did give him the cash.

When things got suspicious, we asked him for the cash back.
Instead, he immediately started looking for someone to help transfer gold to a pure.

Omar decided to let Spyder use his pure, Runeika.
Recently, Runeika, as well as Havochaha, had the password and recoveries changed.
The only person with access to them was Spyder.


Reason 3-

Spyder has a generally bad attitude.
Every day he would find some way to make people upset.

Some days he threatened to commit suicide.
Some days he put members down because of their levels or cash.
And people are just sick of the constant begging.

This attitude is not welcomed in our family.

Enough is enough.
His ban is for the safety of all of us.



Let this be a lesson.
Do not give cash or an account to anyone you do not trust.

 I never had a problem with him personally. However, he did act sort of suspicious sometimes.

Kind of a shame.

For example, Sithofwookie, gave you money and you refused to give it back. You intentionally changed the password and recoveries on Runeika as well as Havochaha. And you're not even the real owner of your account.

Alright lets clear some things up.

I Never asked for a members account, I asked if they could help me transfer, but never the password.

Actually, Omar has asked Wg members if they can go on it and play ect. Waterfiends/Bandits.

Asking Wg members for cash, Now - I asked 4 main people. And I received 7million gold from (Sithofwookie) - Now if you see in what Randy has said in his text -

"For example, Sithofwookie, gave you money and you refused to give it back."

Refused to give his money back, I gave him 1 sara set + 1 zammy set last night. Ask him to verify if you need. He failed on a zammy set transfer, so I told him I would help him later. Which is reasonable stating that I did give him his cash back, and am giving him more in a later date. So That is cleared up. Lets move on to the following.

Now - There are a few flaws with this theory that he has brought upon me.

1. I changed the password to runeika? Now see, There is absouletly no point in changing a password to a member account. And trust me, Any member of runescape can recover a account with the touch of a button. There was no gain it in for me if I did, and i do mean No gain. There was no gold on him, I transfered 15million of my OWN gold to him, nothing of omars was on there. So that really can't explain why i would change his password/recoverys. There is No way i could keep that account for long enough to even have any use in it. He states that my Ip adress was left on the account when he checked after the pass was changed. Now see. That can mean 2 things. I WAS the last person on the account, being on last night at 12 Pm - Transfering WITH omar.  Now i was the last active user on the account before the next day when the pass was changed. As you can asee, there was No gain from anything if I did it. It was my gold, nothgin was on him worth taking/stealing. And i liked the arangement me and omar had made. I mostly get to play him, he never played. So i could play all i wanted.

Now - The Havochaha Incident. He asked me to do water fiends for him a few days ago, Which I logged on and shortly logged out 2 - 5 minutes later stating that i couldn't do it now. Maybe later. At that time he was on runeika doing a quest for me. Now, After that day i forgot Omar's pass - And yet again. He has nothing that was worth value and near close to taking/scamming for. And, like i said before. No point in changing a password that he would recover the day later. No gain / nor loss. Ask him if his bank is gone.


One last thing - I am not the real owner of spyder69, that i admit. My friend - Justin Keefer - can verify his adress/ number, He lives up the street from me. we are VERY good friends, he used to play spyder69 a while while back, And about 8 months ago he has quit. And gave me his account. I find NO problem in the fact that a friend gives me his account. Absoultely non. No real crime there, He doesn;t play. And i play it.


At 5:03 Pm Eastern Time - I tryed to login to spyder69 and the password had been changed, I send in a appeal short after and talked to omar, he thought it was me. Because I also checked and runeika's pass/omars was changed. And here is a screenshot of my bankpin being changed, Ask JADI_SIMONDZ - He has verified that i have NOTHIGN in my bank worth anything now, And ask any WG member that i had quite a lot of gold on him before it happend. All my gold was gone, I had a offence on the account. and the Ip was diffrent from mine. At this time i am scanning the computer to see if anyhting has showed up. In the mean time, I probaly won't get unbanned from Wg - Seeing that no one belives me and they are of a higher power then me. But Read over this and look at the facts first.

 I didn't save any logs, but here is what I know.

Sith told me that Spyder would not give him his money back unless he takes 1-2m increments over several weeks time. We demanded for his money back but he refused to give it all at once. That really makes no sense at all.

The password and recoveries were changed on Omar's accounts. Hands down, that is unacceptable. Why? Who knows. "I have no gain" is not an excuse to mess with someones account details.

im on his account atm, im checking all spots he can hide cash like misc, if he doesnt have cash there, then he has liek 100k tops on his account.

and he was at a raid with a gs the other week, so that means he has no cash

Spyder transfers his cash from account to account.
Like I said in the original post, as soon as he got Sith's money, he requested help to transfer onto his pure. At this time, he was not in ownership of Runeika.
This causes me to believe that apart from Spyder69, he has a real main account.

We have addressed Spyder about every possible issue that you guys will bring up.
We would never ban someone without proper evidence.

runeika was in one of my old clans, Clan X. spyder said hed never been in Clan X only mm and valhalla. omar knows collin. the real owner. to make sure i got this right i spoke to the old leader of clan X Rrreeelll:
