Reasons: - Staff is a tough position. You get crap from people over stupid things that you didnt do. Then, if you say anything about it, you get shit about that. - People who I hate i have to deal with daily because I am a member of staff. Im sick of pretending. Now that I am no longer staff, you are going to know if i dont like you. - About to go away for 3 weeks. - After the 3 weeks ill be back at school, so i wont be active in all timezones like i have been this month, so my events would pull 4 people again, which is just a waste of time. I will go to emeritus after my final event as event leader (you can find it here) no need for shoutouts, since i will be back as a normal member late january. --------------------  This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill Fifteen percent concentrated power of will Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain And a hundred percent reason to remember the name! 7th Highest Overall for Wars Attended. | ||

It worked for me, I spoke to the person that I wanted out, in a civil manner, and now my perspective has completely changed. Being in this position of power is not for everyone, but If you try to use better communication skills between the people who are against you, maybe the two parties can come to a mutual agreement, and have some state of truce. Empathy plays a big part in this though, if you have no ability to show empathy then trying to deal with other peoples issues is going to be a lot more difficult. Being able to forgive, and to let go of grudges will help you a lot, not only in the clan world, but in real life. It will help you become a better person.
