 ya zooby should definitely be accepted! hes been to tons of events, 10 already not including the several anniversary events ive seen him at. He's usually always in IRC and active on forums.

 I am hereby fully willing to support Zooby in his graduation to Full Guardian. He hs shown activeness and general friendliness towards others. Both factors which are crucial to a good guardian. Therefor I support him.

I'm keeping the dog though.
