Pretty much the best game I have ever played. I have it on the ps3 and it has a few glitches, but they are all hilarious. 1.When I left the vault 101 right out side there was a merchant who as I walked towards him exploded out of nowhere(so funny) 2. I took a shotgun to a Yui Gui's Face in VATS and the body blew some 100 ft into the air spinning around in slow motion. But yea, if you need tips ask here(this is mainly for the ps3 version but I believe they are all basically the same.) p.s- I have only beat the game as a Good Character so I can't go into the specifics of that side of the game. Money making- -Sell Prewar Books at the Arlington Library(100ea) -Sell Scrap Metal to repair man in Megaton for 10 caps each(simple money) -Sell 4 Scrap metal to one of the underworld gouls and you can choose to get 1 stimpack,radx or radaway. -Sell Brotherhood Holotags for 100 each to some lady in the Citadel(just ask someone). -This one only works once but in the Citidel there is a guy who's name lots of Brotherhood Soldiers are trying to find out. Find the guy. Save and put on your best +speech clothing. Ask him to tell you his name, if he tells you go tell one of the guys who is part of the bet on his name and take the pot.(1000 caps). If he doesn't tell you, load it from your save and try again. -Reilly's Rangers Quest when you finish, if you tell her you will help her map areas out for ever place you have been to and every new place you find she will give you a crap load of caps. She gave me 2300 caps with 40+ places found. Other Ways- But yea, It is super easy to make money, seriously, just get the "strong back perk"(+50 weight carrying ability) and get your repair up. When you kill talon mercs or raiders, repair the armor and then sell it. 1 full talon armor can be sold for like 120. Or after you've gotten to the part of the main path where you have to find the vault with the GECK in it, travel down to Arlington Library every three days (ingame days)and go towards the building north of it, you will see a helicopter touch down and 3 Encave soldiers will come out and you can kill them for Tesla Armor(43 DR with max repair), and plasma rifles(44ish damage) and when you full repair them both you can sell the plasma rifles for 1000 caps, and the tesla armor for 800. Karma- Easy Ways to get Good Karma- --Give Purified Water to the Guys outside Rivet City and Megaton and whatnot. --Massacre Paradise Falls(Kill all the slavers and you get fucking way to much karma) and if you do this I suggest start in the building with 4 open beds so you can sleep and repair health fast. But you kill the 3 guys inside the building then walk out and shoot whoever shoots you as you walk out.(Vats is a wonderful thing) -Easy Ways to get Bad Karma- Massacre Cities that are not needed.(Don't kill cities like Megaton or Rivet city or you will never be able to sell shit easily) -In the Oasis Quest Kill the tree with a flamer. Followers- Dogmeat-Is a dog who follows you if your nice to him and helps you in combat. You can get him at the scrap yard. I will help you with the rest if you ask but that would be spoiler kinda I think. O and all the followers can die so watchout, when you are hunting deathclaws and behemoths, don't bring along dogmeat, or he will die and its always sad when he dies... Things to Buy if you have the money- Buy a Laboratory and a Infirmary. Lab makes you chems and allows you to get unaddicted to chems like buffout. Infirmary heals you, gets rid of rads and uncripples you. If you have any questions, I can help you if you need it and whatnot. Just ask. I just beat it, but since I don't want to finish it for good I saved and am going to go to the Old Oldney(City to the left of President Dave's Village) and try my hand a killing Deathclaws with the Alien Blaster, Combat Shotgun and the Dart Gun. I am also looking for Behemoths so if you know where they all are(other than the one at GNR that you kill) tell me. I have Small Guns, Energy Weapons, Big Guns, Repair, and Lockpick all at level 100 btw so yea. The game is easy now lul. Most likely I will play again just because I want all the trophies and play as an evil character. Now My Question- If you blow up Megaton, do you by chance get a room/house for yourself to put your stuff. Because I must have 30000 worth of caps in stuff stored in my house in Megaton. I have like 20 tesla armor fully repaired lul and missile launchers, gatling guns and whatnot.... --------------------  | ||

if you just want to finish the main quest, I would guess about 20 hours. But I checked how long I have played so far(haven't played since I beat it) and I have played 92 hours total......but I spent most of my time doing other quests away from the main quest, exploring, and killing stuff lul. But yea, you really should get it, best bang for your buck and is extremely fun. Best Game I have ever played easily. My only complaint is that there is no multiplayer(kinda sad), but nowhere to really put it anyway and that once you beat the game, you can't keep playing so *hint* save before you do the last quest lul -------------------- | ||
