I don't think I'd be wrong to say that WG is currently "cooking on gas" as far as unity and other vague buzz words describing positives in a clan go...lol. I was reading through the last topic, and unfortunately, none of those that are now council made a post back then, as far as changes are concerned, so I couldn't really ask if said changes had happened. But, given that WG is currently at high I'd just like to ask all of you that did suggest changes whether you would still make said changes, and those of you that have just joined WG whether you would want to change anything. Glenn is OP now.  Get Robbie to add a female forum. Leave it open to the clan but make them feel unwanted if a male posted in it. Like Shame. PM the members that seemed to be sucking up to much and find out what there issues are. Especially the ones that appear to only want to be promoted for higher rank. Remind myself that with power comes responsiblity. lol Cause I'd be loving and hugging everyone all the time. Cuddles are good things. Read all of the forum and make notes of good ideas and pm the posting people. Maybe ask for help in profecting the ideas. I think delegating and checking up is a good way to get things done. We see this great leadership trait in Elias when he delegates to Robbie. Give George a crown somewhere everyone could see it on his forum identity. Or a halo maybe. George is a prince or angel or something really special.  Make Bam pose for WG something.
