However you are spending this evening and tomorrow, you and your family and friends have my best wishes. So... this has been one heck of a year hasn't it? We started using these forums just over 11 months ago, on January 20th 2008 and since then a lot has changed and for this we have a number of people to thank. Elias: Elias... you are an inspiration to me and to many. You put so much work into caring for WG and for us... thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank God you came back , where would we be without you? The Council: To the current council, to Matt, Chey, Glenn and Randy, and to the former council who have served WG this year, I won't name them because I know I will forget someone. Thank you, you keep WG running and you do it without fuss. You don't expect gratitude and sadly you rarely get it. That's what makes you guys all the more dignified, you guys make WG what we are today. Thank you. The Tertiaries: I can't speak for myself obviously, but a big thank you to all my colleagues who work tirelessly with creating raids, hosting wars, running events and of course with all the mod work that goes on behind the scenes. The WG Members: A clan is nothing without active, friendly members. You guys are what make our community so awesome and so accommodating. You attend events, you make new members feel welcome and you support each other and the staff as well.  Well done and keep it up So that's all my thank yous for now. This year has been great and I am sure that we can make 2009 even better. Here is a short list of some of WG's major 2008 highlights:
