Robbie has been so kind as to set up a donations box in the top menu.
Through donations made to my Paypal account, I can fund the following:

1. The WG server (costs £240 per year, next year's payment is coming up in a few weeks)

The WG.com VPS is what keeps the website and forums up, as well as RobbieBot and the Teamspeak server. It is the cornerstone of this clan, meaning if it goes, WG will lose almost everything, and we go back to Invisionfree forums with no Teamspeak server, and no RobbieBot auto-invite. And we lose our website. I am able to fund some of it myself, but not more than £150 of the £240. I really do need help.

2. The SMS service (which costs about 7 cents per message)

Sounds cheap doesn't it? Not when you are messaging dozens of members for each war. It adds up in small amounts. I have advised the council to be careful, only messaging members who are not at the war and such, but the credits are still going down. $50AUD gives me 500 credits, which lasts several months. Before you say "I can do it, I have free texting within my country", consider two things. First, the numbers are entrusted to the leaders so we can't give them out. Two, the website which we do the texting on does mass texting, which saves valuable time. Before a war, nobody wants to spend half an hour texting 30 different phone numbers. So really, for the simplicity and efficiency of it, the website service is worth the 10 cents per message.

3. The T-Shirt Gap ($100 AUD)

I'm about $100 down on the shirts because of various reasons. I lost Pazenon's first one, then I gave two away for free, and one at a discount. On top of that, some postage costs went over the expected amount because they went into the next weight category by like 2 grams :S. Anyway, this is low priority for me. I can take it. The server is my main priority, followed by the SMS service. This is an extra cost which I would like to see covered, but it is not necessary.

________________

I will give away WG.com email addresses to any significant donors (let's say $10USD or more). The more you donate the more space I will give you. At $20 you are eligible for the Outstanding Donor award for GuardianScore. If you donate in excess of $50USD, you are entitled to a free T-Shirt if you so wish.

[email protected] with the option to access it via webmail or from Outlook.

It's really the only reward I can give. Sorry to have to ask for money, but the financial pressure this clan is putting on me is getting a little too heavy to carry by myself.

You DON'T need a Paypal account to pay. It gives several options including credit card and bank account.

I'd say cut the SMS service.
Most people do notice War topics and they really shouldn't need reminding to mass for a war.
I'll start donating when my debit card gets activated in June.

Elias' prices are in AUD, and it's like 2.5 AUD per pound or something.

Its a kind thought, and possible, but don't put yourself through too much hassle for this.
Thanks for the thought though.

Ok Elias.
I registered on Paypal and tried to input my bank details but they won't take my nationwide building society account.
So if my mum doesn't let me use her credit card this time, then I am really sorry mate but I won't be able to donate until i'm 18 neko2.gif
`
Edit: (Unless like Jess I can send money through the mail, which costs you money to change into your currency and is not really allowed neko2.gif)

I'll donate, you deserve a lot for the hard work (and clearly, cash) you've put into this clan.

Problem is, I can't see the donate button. I don't even have the scrolling news bar. All I see is a box with that icon that shows 'there's a picture here but you can't see it' and 'Wilderness Guardians' =s

Can you give me some more info to donate to?

(To the newer members, donation isn't expected of anyone lol. It just helps a lot, and first time lordy's had to ask for it. Its not a duty, just a kind gesture)

Mike, the menu at the top has tabs. Can you not see the other tabs to click?
If you can't, try running the forums on Firefox.
I believe its not possible to view it correctly with IE.
