We're doing great. We're pulling well to fights, starting to make our break into the world of PvP, and basically making a new name for ourselves in the clan world. We're taking stances, and aiding other clans. We're ACing sometimes and that only makes us look better. Some people I'd like to point out: Raid Leaders: I know I can be hard on you guys at times because of the whole time difference thing, and I will say it's selfish of me. It's not your fault our times are so far apart. It's not like you guys will do any better at leading if you're falling asleep at the keyboard. Not just that, but you guys are doing a great job leading us in fights. Omar: You are one very dedicated guy. You might have a little temper but we all do, so no worries. We can all see that your heart is absolutely in the right place, and the frustration you show only reinforces that fact. We all know that you want to help make WG stronger and I don't think anyone blames you for that, you just haven't found that balance I was talking about before. If you're able to find it, I'm sure you're going to see the improvements you want and you'll feel great. There are others, but it would basically be generic congratulatory messages and we've got enough of those already. I just want to add, that even though we're starting to gain some speed, we can't just coast. Just because we've won a few fights doesn't mean we can just do what we did in those fights in our upcoming fights. We can't remain stagnant, we have to keep moving. Keep pulling those massive numbers so we know it wasn't just a fluke. Keep thinking of ways to make things better because everything can ALWAYS be improved no matter how good it already is. Just thought this was worth saying. --------------------   | ||
