Yes, we've warred a lot recently, and we've also lost a lot.

It's not that our opponents are better than us on paper - none of them are. It's that we're rusty.

Those clans have been having one or two miniwars a week for the past... three months. We were less active.

Warring is practice, it's training. Each time you get KOed, it's a reminder that next time you should be careful. Each time you war, you familiarize more with the clicking patterns or switch from robes to armor faster.

Each time we lose, we can learn from the loss by:

1) Localizing our weaknesses
2) Finding out how we can improve our tactics

How did the top PK'ing clans get so good in individual skill such as tanking, hybriding, sniping...?

It wasn't through practice sessions involving only their clan, it was through endless hours of doing the same thing - piling, hugging, binding, sniping in a PK Run In.

Now PK Run Ins are gone, but the more you fight, the better you'll fight, that's what I believe in.
Losses are inevitable at the beginning of our "de-rust-ization", but I can guarantee that if everybody attends and tries to improve each time, stays focused, we'll pick up speed sooner or later, and start winning.

I'm willing to host practice sessions, but do attend.

We're healthy guys - a large amount of us are active, there is no drama. It's a really good base to build on and improve steadily - let's keep going in that direction smile.gif

Losing may suck but in all honestly we have improved A LOT lately. We went from pulling 10-15 people to some wars to getting a constant 25+.

Yeah losing does suck, but that's going to stop if we keep up this activity. The more we war, the more practice we get, and the better we do.

Keep up this activity and the wins will start coming in, believe me.

Now back to the good part!

All true. Guys as long as we keep recruitment and activity up we'll get better and better and better. We haven't been clan active in the warring world, and we're starting to get back into it.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

We're getting better. Yesterday's war with 3x, I saw a huge difference. Our enemies ran and were stopped just a few steps away by our hybirds continuously throughout the fight. Our snipers did a great job preventing them from binding targets and attacking our hybirds. Compare this fight to the fight with DW, and you'll see the great difference.

Try to attend the practice events. Attendence to these are alot harder to get.

Practice in inner clan stuff will do us no good compared to the real thing. I seriously don't understand why we are doing all the practice stuff. The way we will get better, as you said, is actively mini warring like we have done this past week.

In my opinion, the key to our success yesteday was; Dz's fast fall ins and Teamspeak. 1) The fall ins were amazing (go Dz hash.png), if we can do that at every war we will get alot more ko's and everyone will be on the same pile.

2) Having everyone on TS, along with the fall ins = sweet silent ko's. 2 or 3 ko's can win us the war.

Practice makes perfect.. or at least close to. (Our Mommys lied, nobody is perfect) sad.gif

As long as we show great enthusiasm to learn and put on a good, positive attitude about things, we can improve. user posted image
