 reassessed the situation over work and last night, this is abit premature. sorry for any drama caused and yes rick is abit right. i think i shoudl stay and try and improve wg, however the point iv made do need to be addressed, and if they arent then i will leave wg.but ill give it a month or two as i know these things dont happen overnight.

 Perhaps leading by example instead of asking or demanding...I don't know, it seems to go much further in this clan. Nobody likes to be told what to do, just like nobody likes to be questioned 40 million times.

I'm sure there are other reasons why you're leaving. Those, to me, really aren't that valid because it's been this way for quite some time now, yet you intro'd, applied, and got accepted.

He can leave for whatever reasons he chooses, questioning him about his reasons on leaving, not for you to do, its his descition, leave it to him.

 I'm not questioning his leaving. I could care less who comes and who goes anymore. It seems as if WG is still the "stepping stone" until better things come along, that's all. Just seems a waste of time to go through the rigamaroll of getting into WG only to leave because it's not what you expected.

Maybe this would be a good time to revamp the application process so more of this stuff doesn't occur in the future.

 listen to mikes idea about a trial forum it is a good idea but alone it wont help wg get out of the slump its in.
