Only one disappointment, the sign ups, we pulled less than the amount of Yes, hope it can be worked on. Epic job guys, really epic, it was matched for the most part so we did great (Considering their average is 120 f2p too). We really did a great job fighting against similar numbers and much higher levels. One major thing Mickey needs to work on (Not bashing him, just constructive criticism.)-calling Fall-ins. He does great piles, but when they're finished, it's about 5 seconds or so until he steps out and calls the fall-in. That and sign ups. WHERE DID EVERYBODY GO?  --------------------  | ||

First of all the pull was pathetic. We had the same problem as exer. As soon as a single sniper even came near our pile we would all put our rune on and refuse to come out of it. The pull we had was pathetic. We've pulled more people to a one day prep. If I may, I would suggest that you'd suspend the people who were signed up as a yes but didn't come. Hand out warnings to the people who signed up as maybe but still didn't change what they signed up as near the war. Start to set requirements for Higher Guardians and Elite Guardians. Just like you do for Honoured emeritus. If these requirements are not met they will be demoted to normal Guardian Same thing for a guardian but they will have to go through the trial process again. All of their attendance points and war badges will be removed as well. In the case that they show improvement their old event attendance and War badges can be added back under certain circumstances. Really, just start coming down harder on these sort of things. Binding: It was okay. Good at times and aboslutely nowhere to be seen at other times. Organisation: Generally good, although at times I really didn't know where there was a fall in. Next time just walk out and call a fall in and keep walking while everybody follows. This way there is more speed in it. It all needs to be one fluent motion and organised and well oiled machine. That covers about it. --------------------  | ||

I'm not going to lie at the beginning when I saw what we had pulled and what they had pulled I thought it would be very tough for us. The first part of the fight was definately in their favour but we hung in there and got the job done. Things I think we need to improve on: Attendance - No idea where everyone that said they would come were, but theres no way we can expect to win fights if our sign-ups don't reflect what we actually bring to fights. If you say you will be there, be there. If you find out you can't attend make sure you post saying so. It's a real annoyance having a sign-up of [a certain number] and pulling 10-15 less [than that number] Binds - They were better than usual but we can still do much better. Way more of us had binds to this fight which is great, but we have to use them. Other clans only allow us like 3 steps with their binds, we give up a solid 10+. Don't get me wrong our binds were a definite improvement but can still get better. Binds are crucial and if we want to win more we need better binds. Anti-Snipe - They had like the same 4 people on our hybrids for almost the whole fight and for about half of the fight they were being untouched. We need to make sure we have people anti-sniping or at least pile those snipers a bit more often to get them off of us for a short while. Overall good work Guardians but we can improve. -------------------- Now back to the good part! | ||

I think what we need is to hold some fun fights with our allies in PvP to help us with returning and organization and all that good stuff. @Rene I don't think giving people warn levels if they don't change their "Maybe" to a "Yes" or "No" by the 24HR mark would accomplish anything. I know it wouldn't for me. I say maybe because every war is between 3:30-5AM for me, so I REALLY don't know if I can make it. If I can stay up that late, then I'll be there, if I get tired, I won't. For this PKRI, I went to sleep one hour before it started. I thought I could have stayed up longer, but I couldn't. Things like that happen. You really don't know until it's about to start. I do however agree with talking to people that say "Yes," but don't show up, there is a problem there. --------------------  | ||
