Our first dicussion was about binding and how important it is at wars. We did conclude that some people fear being piled as soon as they put on their hybrid gear. We also are noticing binding is improving overall as a clan.

Attendence was brought up next. Andrew suggested maybe having a certain event and war each week that would needed attended by the clan. If you didn't attend, you were chancing getting kicked. Some people discussed how members are skipping out on events and wars.

(Adam was helpful to mmangler in setting up his ts, thanks Adam.)

A question arose about our war training and Jess said she would be setting one up for Thursday this week to help us prepare for the ranked war.

BTO brought up a suggestion that we be allowed to use teleports during p2p raids. Some discussion of what p2p clan are doing and whether we would be doing an honor thing in following their ways. George mentions how members think they will lose rune, but in his opinion that is a false assumption. With more people attending raids it is more likely to not be attacked.

BTO went on to explain how P2P is actually cheaper to raid with than F2P. In F2P you lose about 200k each death, but in P2P that can be easily reduced to under 100K. (My personal thoughts was maybe have an event showing gear and letting the clan try this out. It should be like a few days prep.)

We discussed Combat of the Week. Some thought that 75k xp is to low for a low goal. But after discussing it was concluded that it was still good as some may be on other skills or combat. This allows the entire clan the opportunity to participate. George will be keeping an eye on this and adjust it as needed.

We next discussed skill of the week. We talked about how some members prefer to collect their materials instead of buying them. Certain skills need a lil more time to prepare or collect the items needed to participate.

Skill Wars was brought up next. We will be having a skill war in the summer. We discussed about allowing time to prepare. George gave us the stats of our awesome xp from the last time we had one. We discussed the possible types of clans we may want to skill war against. It was brought up about maybe a temporary shared forum for everyone particiapating in to post and see the xp that people are getting. The thought was the skill war should last 2 weeks and each member gets to do 2 skills.

Our final notes were Winter Awards are closing soon so go vote. SOW and COW begin in about 8 hours.

The very final dicussion concluded that: Jess is Sexy!!

P.s: Jess Edit. We also had a discussion once again about incentives to get combat levels, one we brought up could be 5 levels would you get you rune sets then maybe an added bonus at 20 levels of something different. We thought that rune sets as incentive would get more people to pvp events. I hope. So comments on that please.

Thanks to all for attending. If I missed anything please add it below. Thanks.

I'd like one for Spring break. Maybe next week we could discuss a 3 day inner clan skill war for then.

I would actually love a Skill War soon seeing how training combat would be pointless to me.

Very good, really well done Rach ohmy.gif

If you have time, we'll try and get one done monthly? This is one of the best recaps i've seen for this event. Thanks Rach biggrin.gif

I can guarantee that there will be no skill war before the summer.
This is because May and June are heavy exam months for many people and it would be very unfair to them if our annual skills olympics falls within those exam weeks/months.

Also if we are going to take on a big purely skiller clan, then we need all the help we can get.

Well done Rach wub.gif
Many thanks smile.gif

~George

Thank you Rachel for the excellent recap. The reward for five combat levels should receive serious consideration because it would encourage some people to train and a higher combat level is good for the member and WG.
