So bump up our recruitment topic with a post now and again. Those complaining about dealing with activity, we're dealing with it and one way to increase activity is to increase the number of active members. A little boost to recruitment goes a long way. He means the RSC Mods don't allow members to post 'bump' - Only the topic owner to use the 'Bump' button. If you post stuff like 'bump' or post anything that is not answering a question, then the topic could get deleted.
